What seems more plausible would be some type of merger/JV with ITD. Put the mobile medical manufacturing, design, deployment and supervision/coordination of medical units under one entity. Leverages communication and financial efficiencies.. ITD could get equity under the Kallo flagship and probably keep all other modular business with separated books and finances..
