$160,000 divided by 3150 gals equals $50.08 Thats where The numbers come from on bulk whole sale. They are gonna sell it to a retailer for maybe $70 and the retailer will mark it up to $100-$120. What is the difference if its sold to public at say $70? Thats still double what poly can be bought at lowes home depot etc.
