Dive, dive, dive !!!
Holy cow- this pile is just in free-fall again. So how's all them there ole "big plans" working out, LOL?? Same old CEO cooked up a grand new "plan" thingy- and the common shares just continue to lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, lose as the same old broken "management team" (BOTH of um, LOL) are running the failing show. HOW CAN THAT BE??? Where's the BOD and oversight and all? MAKES NO SENSE TO ME? The "clinic" thingy, the supposed "vet" stuff thingy(NEVER heard about the vet thingy since that I'm aware of, or dude they supposedly hired to run it, whatever it even is???), the slide show, the power point stuff being stuffed into SEC filings now- of the "grand new plan" the ole grand name change/brand thingy, the 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split, LOL????? WHAT difference has any of it made?
0.3912 / 0.47 (2500 x 5000)
FREE FALLING ! All loaded to the Ask/Sell-side too.
BLEEDING RED the instant the ole SEC Form-4 buys ended, LOL !! And how much did the CEO even buy- like a big ole $1000 or so worth, LOL !!! The dude is sucking down like $760K annual or something in just "base salary" alone (see their SEC filed 10-K, executive compensation table) - and he barfs up about a $1000 worth when the PR they put out said (paraphrasing) CEO Tomas AND Chairman Murphy would be LEADING THE WAY in the ole share buy-back thingy??? So what part of the "leading" did ole Tomas do? Murphy did like 98% of the buying and Tomas chipping in a $1000 small, LOL !! That's too funny, bu soooo classic Bioheart (oops, I mean U.S. Stem Cell or whatever it is). Where's the rest of the BOD and Comella and everyone else- why aren't they buying their own supposedly "cheap" shares back?????

Gawd, was that a another CLASSIC load or what? Yeah, ole CEO Tomas really "led the way" on that alright?????????
This POS is gonna be back at maybe 10 CENTS, sooner than later IMO. The real next round of large dilution hasn't even gotten really cranked up yet that I can see- the Magna 340K more dilution shares- as the SEC S-1 filing doesn't appear to ever have been declared "effective" yet, so what's up with that?
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1388319/000118518515003299/usstemcell-s1_121115.htm
When that next mass dump truck of more dilution gets poured on to the Ask, I think this pile is going down even worse than now. What's possibly gonna turn this POS around or change that reality now? They're mired in another big ole lawsuit now from their new clinic thingy. Their Form-4 thing of getting Murphy to buy a bunch of shares went over like a lead balloon- he's totally underwater already on the shares he bought, just sitting on massive losses already. I mean what's gonna change?
A 1000 to 1 massive reverse stock split and they're a freaking penny stock again already, LOL !! The PR on the big split said some mumbo-jumbo about how it "might" help um get "financing" and "attract institutional investors" - holy cow, sure. Right on. Same old broken record tall tales they've said for years- yet NEVER has happened, LOL !! What BS. Yeah, some big ole "investor" is gonna buy into a money pit dilution machine after you just reverse split your freaking shares by 1000 to 1 and they're a penny stock within a month or less??? REALLY????????? MAKES NO SENSE TO ME? Just more BS from Bioheart, oops, U.S. Stem Cell whatever IMO.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/bioheart-change-name-u-stem-130000917.html
Quote from the PR (another classic load if there ever was one IMO):
"We trust that elevating the Company out of the penny stock classification will open our mission and plan to new potential investors--including institutional investors. We hope our new brand identity and price per share trading level will project our commitment to progress and outstanding performance. We are excited about the future for U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. and hope you benefit and share in our enthusiasm."
LOL !!! CLASSIC BS. Yeah, seen any of them ole "institutional investors" flocking in to get a piece of this pile? "elevate out of the penny stock"???? But you ARE a freaking penny stock- even worse than before when you look at your massively COLLAPSED MARKET CAP, LOL. BS.
The collapsing market cap today is what now? Approx:
1,400,000 X .39 = $546K bucks, LOL !! FANTASTIC. Not even a decent condo in my area. Their total market cap is just over $500K lousy bucks.
AND, their recent all, all, all time LOW share price is 25 CENTS, aka .00025 CENTS split corrected for the recent, massive, 1000 to 1 reverse split maneuver. Yeah, "institutional investors", LOL !! Sure. Right on. BS by the load full as usual. Looks more like the giant dilution turd is circling the bowl, once and for all IMO.
