The CMF depends on a stable float to be a good indicator...if there is any dilution going on and the shares are being bought up (stable pps), the CMF looks great...but the dilution kills you in the end, unless the fundamentals keep up.
Cash is King until further notice!!!
My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
