100% FACT - Nulief was never available for sale anywhere! Either Derek Peterson was making a clueless guess or he is trying to protect his CFO, Michael James, who is also CEO of NRTI from fraud charges. I did extensive work looking into the whole Nulief launch & found that the company never had it for sale ever, not even in the one place they mentioned separately in PR, Blum's Dispensary. I spoke directly with the owner of that dispensary and he said that he not only never carried the product, but that he never even heard of it and was flabbergasted by the PR that NRTI put out.

When I confronted Jim Kras about this he said he would have to get ahold of Terra Tech, since he thought he told them to send ONE PACKAGE of Nulief to Blum's dispensary in Oakland. Yes you read that correctly, he thinks he told them to send one package, which was suppose to be their BIG LAUNCH & TEST MARKET. Fact is they couldn't supply a shred of evidence that they ever produced any of the real Nulief product. All they ever produced were mock ups of the Nulief product to use at their launch.

A number of us here filed complaints with the SEC, who did NOTHING about it. I'm sure James & Kras covered their ass by talking to Blum dispensary to have him say he did get some and that it didn't sell. I asked the SEC in my complaint to find proof that the product was ever produced, since what I found was that they did not. Right now James and Kras are laying low, hoping this all blows over without them getting nailed for fraud.

The only thing that would bring this stock back to any kind of life would be new management, since James has checked out a long time ago and went over to TRTC where he convinced Derek peterson to pay him a huge bonus. Even though James is CFO for TRTC, he has stopped working on all NRTI financials and they lost their QB status rating and downgraded to OTC limited information.

Michael James & Jim Kras conned every shareholder out of everything and continue to operate in the shadows despite all the complaints filed with the SEC. Basically it came down to them getting away with it because of the position the FDA took towards CBD, that no longer allowed companies to sell it as a dietary supplement. The real fact is they should still be prosecuted for fraud, since they continued to put out PR's and tell the press that Nulief was available in test markets in various states, when it was not. Not once did they ever release any statement concerning the discontinuation of Nulief and their entire CBD program. If in fact they were operating within the law, they would have released a statement that would have said something like, "due to the new FDA ruling of not allowing CBD to be sold as a dietary supplement, Nulief and all CBD operations would be discontinued until further notice".

The whole reason this didn't happen was due to the fact that they continued to pump Nulief and put out PR's after the FDA made its announcement. In other words, they were doing everything to try and pump up the share price so they could sell their shares before the market found out. Their plan didn't work and the share price plummeted, but I would bet that James made sure he got all his money back that he put into the company before this happened. Unfortunately for all of us shareholders, they got away with it by explaining to the SEC, after receiving our complaints, that what happened was due to the change instituted by the FDA that made selling Nulief illegal. Thus the SEC did not investigate further despite my complaint that detailed their fraud well after the FDA changed its stance on CBD. All I got back from the SEC were some links about what to look for before investing in a mj stock. What a joke!

Thus these fraudsters got away with their little ploy to defraud shareholders and go about their business like nothing happened. I will always be waiting in the shadows to make sure this is never forgotten and to eventually make him and Kras pay for what they did to so many of us shareholders. If Derek Peterson had any sense, he would get rid of James, but who knows, maybe he was well aware of it himself. Maybe James knew something and forced Peterson to pay him a big bonus to keep it all under wraps. Hell, at this point anything is possible with these immoral bastards. Let them all rot in hell! Cheers!
