The LIE is that he said EVERYONE would be getting a rebate, and they aren't.

I specifically remember him saying that every TAXPAYER would be getting money back from the government, whether that would be a rebate or a tax-cut. If you do not have the common courtesy to explain to me the difference between the two, than I don't really see the point of talking to you.
