Only saying but I think we heard these odds about a hundred times now ! Its more about market reaction and how far past the reality of finding oil the valuation might go in the run up to drilling !

Remember that share prices are normally too high or too low ! Fear and greed !

Also its important to be cognisant that Ntephe and Sylvan are operating on their own agenda and do no communication and promotion for a good reason !
