lets look at this as long term, the burden of debt is astronomical. the 12 dollar offering was brilliant on the ceo's part, him or team has got to be going nuts with their success. the next hurdle is 240 million to fit their factory, make payroll, set up distributors and on and on. your 100 dollars is peanuts compared to what you could've put into this. i'm thankfull it was saturday when i decided to buy 1000 shares, a money transfer wasn't possible. i even went as far as calling my bank to see if there was some way to make it happen. after that i started doing real dd and it just wasn't adding up. there will be winners if this makes it to the assembly line, but not at 12 dollars.
