If you take a look at the stickie post on top and look a bit at the historical share printing by GERS you will see that OS doesn't mean a thing on GERS. If they wat they just print more shares. And if they have too many, they just do a RS. Even if you buy all OS they will still own the majority, since their shares aren't in the OS. And when yiu think you got the most of them, the machine starts printing.
