Beware of Pink sheet stocks that PR info with words like "finalizing". Why not wait 'til agreements are signed and are final before putting out a press release? Because they need to sell stocks. This dilutes the share pool and makes your investment worth less. In my opinion that PR is a HUGE red flag to buying this stock. I would sell now, take whatever profit you have and leave.
