what ought to matter, or at least be known, is that the TA isn't gagged at the direction of the company and TA wasn't chosen by current mgmgt.

Yes, they are crappy imo, though are a remnant of prev mgmt and perhaps not a bad idea to keep until house keeping is done. Not sure if you saw it but they reduced the OS and AS by 20% not too long ago. TA might not matter here soon anyways and perhaps also why not changed.

At any rate, if no buyout/merger and housecleaning is done and TA isn't changed, I will not be too happy but fine for now
