A $3 SP equates to $900M valuation. Using conservative valuation metrics of 2.5 times sales that will require $360M/yr in revenue. Possible? Definitely, but it will take years to achieve those kind of numbers. I see $1 as the 6 month target and depending on how the market looks like at that point we could extrapolate sales growth and estimate when they might cross that threshold assuming continued growth at a stead rate over time.
