It all depends on what happens leading up to this reverse split. If management continues to be deaf mutes and reverse happens without any SUBSTANTIVE news with real $$$ attached to it, I agree with jon q that this co. Is toast. No one is interested any more about Mikes claims of partnerships and how the industry is heating up. Investors have heard the same rhetoric for 10 years. He can record the Conf call and the same q and a and just play it back 4 times a year and save everybody some time.

Have a major game changing announcement with serious $$$ revenue and the co has a chance with reverse to get on NASDAQ. But with nothing good in the future perhaps that is why Mike needs a 1 for 12 to get to NASDAQ??? Time will tell. All depends if reverse happens with fundamental change with revenue stream.
