We are in the final stages of fully automating the GG platform 2.0
version, which will include social networking functionality, our Mercenary
Gaming system, and other features not in 1.0. We intend to launch two
starter tournaments of small scale - i.e., sub 1000 entrants maybe sub 500
- to fine tune the platform using titles from our existing major publisher
alliance. By summer or late Spring possibly, we will then move to launch
scale tournaments of up to 100K entrants as well as a B2B model to target
channel partners that may choose to run their own branded tournaments
(think D&B, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.). We have held one such discussion
with an undisclosed potential channel partner, and have others in other
stages. The go public path with HDSI has numerous issues, none of which
are insurmountable, and we continue to attack them and move ahead. We
wanted to announce an update to investors a week ago, but the market
turmoil and various other challenges have caused us to slow roll news to
the Street so as to not let the news out until we are ready to back it up
with execution. From our perspective, when the platform is fully
automated in the next few weeks if not sooner, that will be the inflection
point of our story after which rapid growth should ensue for GG as the
only amateur mass market cash tournament gaming platform of its kind.
