ICANN is an acronym for the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a global multi-stakeholder organization that was created an 1998 and empowered through actions by the U.S. government and its Department of Commerce.[1] ICANN is the main Internet governance institution. Its primary responsibility is to manage the Internet's core infrastructure, which consists of IP addresses, domain names, and root servers. It coordinates the Internet's DNS, IP addresses and autonomous system numbers, which involves a continued management of these evolving systems and the protocols that underly them.

While ICANN has its roots in the U.S. government, it is now, and continues to strive to be, an international, community-driven organization (also known as ICANN globalisation). Their management of an interoperable Internet covers 180 million domain names, the allocation of more than 4 billion network addresses, and the support of approximately a trillion DNS look-ups everyday across 240 countries.[2]

ICANN collaborates with companies, individuals, and governments to ensure the continued success of the Internet. It holds meetings three times a year, switching the international location for each meeting; one of these serves as the annual general meeting when the new ICANN Board members take their seats.[3]

He seems pretty legit, he is her hubby. I doubt he would want to get involved in illegal international penny stock schemes and cyber-crimes, when his company has big-time government contracts and roots, and is dedicated to managing the infrastructure of the worldwide web. No point and very risky. Just doesn't make sense for Marilu to be doing what a few folks think she is doing. I don't believe she is a crook. I think if anyone in BTZO ever has been a greedy bum, that person is now gone..... no longer with the company. Positive outlook through Spring and into Summer. This is only the beginning, the cars are warming up. Once we hear those engines roar, get off the track and let the race begin. Roll or get rolled over. JMO. GLTA. $BTZO.
