OK let me see if I got this.

INCC (Uccello) is selling worthless patents to life's holdings (Uccello, himself) for 2 billion common shares that do not exist so that after life's holdings changes its name to St. Jamen Remedies (Uccello, himself) they can distribute those as of now non existent shares to INCC shareholders as of March 31 and Incc EXPECTS St. James will file a registration AFTER issuance to INCC. So basically shareholders are tied in limbo with worthless shares they can not trade while waiting for registrarion,
