HOLY COW, FREE FALL..AGAIN, LOL !!
Back to a FALLING Bid, FALLING Ask, just wipe-out mode again, the usual for Bioheart, oops, USRM aka U.S. Stem Cell whatever..

Well, the POS just broke a whopping 50 CENTS again (recent all, all, all TIME LOW is 25 cents, aka .00025 split corrected for the recent massive 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split)
Looks like the INSTANT the insider Form-4 buying stopped, and thus stopped propping up the Ask (artificially) this pile just began the downward spiral once again. The main insider who did the vast, vast majority of the buying is now underwater at 50% losses or even more- so what freaking difference did that maneuver make? MAKES NO SENSE OT ME??????
And the MARKET CAP IS GETTING CREAMED- it's waaaay below a lousy sub $1 million bucks now.
Approx 1,400,000 shares O/S now X .45 cents = $630K pittance dollars
HOLY COW, how they gonna survive at this rate? I just can't see this lasting much longer IMO? They'd have to be close to CASH BROKE by now as usual- and now have a big ole lawsuit among other messes on their hands.
All I see- is just a continuing, non stop DEATH SPIRALING into the ground of this mess. AND, Magna has not even really begun to sell/dump their next massive pile of 340K MINIMUM dilution shares per the last filed SEC S-1 form USRM put out approx 1 month ago.
That, IMO, will just bury this pile literally back to the 10 CENT or less range, maybe even ONE CENT again before it's all said and done. What's possibly gonna change or reverse this situation at this point? I can't see a single thing- it's all in the hands of the toxic, never ending piles of convertible debt and dilution they live off of- and what freaking "business" they're actually in, I can't even figure it out anymore?
NOT LOOKING GOOD HERE IMO. Train wreck setting up- a big ole down-leg of convertible dilution looks to be coming like a freight train, about ready to cut n mow this pile again, worse than it already is (if that's even possible, LOL !!) WOwza, what a mess.
