BINGO...they have no money. Look at their balance sheet...ZERO Assets and $3.7MM in Liabilities. On top of it they have no SALES which leads to a NEGATIVE Operating INCOME due to SSGA costs (small salaries to the 3 employees).

Even if they get a large order the financing terms will be super unfavorable if available at all. They probably will need to go to the open market and sell more equity in the company which currently is NEGATIVE.

From a 30,000 foot view this ship is SUNK. Perhaps all this recent media hype was to raise the PPS artificially as one last ditch effort to raise additional capital.
