As a result of Honest George not having paid the domain name registration renewel fee for www.solarbrookwaterandpower.com, it is now controlled by Melbourne IT Ltd., an Australian company which hosts and creates websites. They are now acting as the reseller. Check out the site and read the fine print at the bottom. It means that Melbourne was not paid the re-up fee and hasn't been able to contact Honest George (surprise). They will most likely wait 30 days from January 21st before putting it up for sale.
