Infrax is the sister company whose tech is, at least as we've been told, the centrepiece of the automated grow systems related to Hemptech/FUTL/DROIDS and all else.

You've personally told me that you will seek out the missing IFXY/Hemptech agreement. You stated to me (verbatim) that " I will ask JOHN VERGHESE about the agreement you speak of". How can that be possible if they are now defunct!
