It would be irresponsible and illegal at best. There is no way they could or would do such a thing. I get a kick out of all the conspiracy theories I see here. Just look at the numbers and they tell all. We went from over 10 billion in cash to 6 bil in 9 months with record earnings in each of the previous 12Qs I think. That shows they are burning cash a lot faster than pulling it in. They have the highest cost per passenger in the industry which tells me they are way ineficiant in their operations. Oh and the highest paid employees too yet they have said they pay the highest to make happy workers which make efficiany in their jobs and thus happy customers. Funny thing is we are still at the bottom end on customer satisfaction. It is easy to see why we are where we are without a conspiracy yet folks keep saying the same thing for over 2 years. No one would drive their price down for that long if they were ever to do such a thing. With a recession looming on the horizon there is no possibility to ever recover so what would be the point in driving down the PPS. In my opinion thye would do quite the opposite to drive up the PPS for one quarter so they can all dump prior to the freefall that will come soon enough.
