I was able to buy a block of shares @ 0.0023, guess I was lucky. Also, someone over @ hsm has written:

"I spoke to the IR guy, Sizer last nite. Pr is not ready yet. Going back and forth with Insurance compay lawyers. He says more than likely next week. He also said atwt is not diluting, that it might be a 3rd party company they did business with and paid them with shares. He states atwt wil be huge and anyone selling here will be regret it big time."
