Bullish & Not So Bullish

The notes being paid certainly does seem bullish, so long as more debt was not taken out to pay them. If the can was kicked, yesterday's announcement is meaningless. I look forward to receiving clarity in the 10K.

What remains a mystery is if this short term debt was cleared from the books and there is real revenue coming in from the mystery South African company, then why is a notorious dumping market maker (VFIN) still on the ask? If this is a company insider who is still selling, wouldn't he want to hold out for higher prices if the future looks so bright? Inquiring minds want to know...
