I read somewhere last year that a "Q" stock on the OTC could trade pre and post market.
This is the second time HPTG has had premarket action in the last week...must be MM's covering their butts..??!! Really not sure.
Hoping to see some green today heading into the weekend. Green Friday's make for happy weekends...
