more bs

past history tells us uspr has not been sanctioned in the past for late filing

so instead of more bs, why don't we wait and find out why they're late ...

in the meantime, the converters are temporarily done selling

AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS IN THE CONTRACT WITH CONVERTERS ... SO HOW COULD THEY SAY THAT IT WILL BE WORSE FOR USPR

and i've done millions of conversions ... so i'm an expert on the subject - BLAH BLAH BLAH
