The 8K shows investors that it is NON Dillutive. QMC was handed 20M Dollars plus 50% of future profits. QMC is in the largest domestic market of over 2 Billion People on the coattails of deep pocketed well entrenched business people who see the future of QD's as a windfall. This is a WIN WIN, QMC is like APPLE investors entering the largest market on the planet. Wait till Roth comes along and starts pouring $$$ into QTMM. Can't WAIT :)
