It seems huge if $GNPT is acquiring URM sydney.

URM is based in Sydney, Australia. It was started over 40 years ago from a single waste collection vehicle servicing a small community in Sydney. Today, URM controls 60,000t of commercial waste throughout Sydney and undertakes residential waste collections for households within 10 regions of the city. URM provides waste, recycling, clean up (bulky waste) and green waste collection services. The company is a specialist in resource management, with a fleet of 300+ trucks, on-road servicing vehicles, commercial and supervisor vehicles as well as 5 depots throughout Sydney.
