Planned additional transactions include the transfer of FCC’s stakes in Pervasip Corp. (OTCQB: PVSP), FLUX Carbon Technologies LLC, FLUX Photon Corporation, and Noveda Technologies, Inc., among others to GreenShift for no additional consideration, and the merger of Bitzio and GreenShift.

Bitzio is merging with Greenshift. All of Flux's shares of $PVSP will belong to Bitzio via Greenshift. Flux owns most of $BTZO's debt. They are going to restructure their own debt. With the physical businesses of Emotion Apparel, Lexi-Luu etc., and the intellectual and physical property owned by $PVSP and the subsidiaries of $GERS, we're going to be in great shape for the future.
