Entitles, Definitely sounds better there than in the US

Here some people do as you say pay in and get it back out as they should.
Others just get it without putting in anything or they put in a lot less they they get out.

Point in case - Some woman with no husband has 10 kids and get a check for each kid because she doesn't know who the daddy is.
