Very hard to predict what the FDA will do. One company may need efficacy trials while another may not. Approval of pharmacy grade
and made drug over a pharmaceutical grade drug with much stricter controls. The FDA is and never has been a slam dunk.
Approval of an oxycontin for children......
Hydrocodone approval.......
More non ADF opioids then ever out there.

With the FDA one never knows.....

Then again the public fallout has been rather high for the FDA over the past year or so. Does that agency have competent people
place to do the job required? Are they up to snuff on all of the latest technologies out there? With more coming?

Nope.... nope and nope. The FDA is fickle. "the fickle finger of fate" is the FDA.

With Elite the FDA kind of holds its own fate in its hands.
They can approve Embeda and wont approve Elites ADF?
Now that would be the boner of FDA stupidity IMO.
