That alone should make anyone very wary of this merger ever happening. Frankly, I am surprised that anyone would believe in this happening after all that has transpired with this company and its CEO in the past 3 years. I mean it is all there in black and white, but maybe folks don't do their true DD or turn a blind eye to it all, which certainly happens in otc land. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that this deal is well beyond the means and capability of GDSI, as was the ludacris offer for Remington that made this company and its CEO into laughing stock. Even if for some ridiculous reason this would happen, I think you would see the exact same thing that happened when they acquired North American Custom Specialty Vehicles, LLC (“Old NACSV”), where they would end up in court being sued for breach of contract, like Dekle is in the process of.

There is no way this company is in position to make this happen imho. I think what you have is an overzealous CEO who tries to make big deals with unsuspecting individuals who either figure it out ahead of time or go after him legally after the fact. This is clearly based on the FACTS to date, which I included a few links to, and there are plenty more.

I think folks need to do some real DD before believing in this pipedream you are trying to sell them about this being the largest merger in the history of pennies. Cheers!
