sorry if they used past money at higher share prices to develop the drug. not their fault no manufactuer could create the drug in mass in 2010 through 2014 and the stock crashed.

it was just 4 months ago the drug was mastered by Lonza and the usa patent issued on 12/10/15 is just icing on the cake.

in the 8k it states that the financiers wanted the patents and rights all placed into SBFM as a condition to making the money available. makes sense in case there is a buyout. rather have 100% of adva-27a in SBFM rather than just part of it with the other part in Advonomics. Slilaty was forced to give it up 100% to SBFM to get a finance.
