drifter, I'm not sure, didn't look it up, to validate it, just talking. If the 8.2 million wiped out the rest of the debt pro rata stopping remaining share conversion scenario say for instance the remaining loan:share ratio warrants that move and leaves plenty left over for the factory expansion, etc. revenues must be rolling in now from Nicosan sales.
