I'm betting ITD was able to build the prototype out of their current facilities. The bigger facilities are obviously needed for mass production since these are supposedly going all over the world for KALO. I just don't think ITD would still have KALO on their website as a lead client and be moving to a mega 205,000 sq. ft. facility if KALO had not sealed a deal or two.
