and of the 335mil I can personally tell u where 127mil are between three of us, and we will be holding 95% for Nasdaq, QLTS has THE BEST odds of any pinky to make it out of OTC, yesterday my contact said Gary is in meetings starting 6AM Today. This is all being signed off on this week. Huge $$$$ coming into QLTS.
