Alerted..You are correct IF the proposed LOI Reverse Triangular merger goes through.. The only way that Amarancus shareholders would benefit from is the 80 million shares plus the 10 million shares bonus depending on goals reached.. At this time AMBS would own around 45 per cent of the current outstanding AVDX shares...When AVDX starts to dilute the AMBS holdings will diminish as well...This merger is considered an investmet hoping that AVDX will increase pps in value and it doesn't dilute its shares..That is why 2 directors would be appointed by Amarancus..imo Wolf ahooooooooo
