Actually, it may or may not be as simple as that. In the video, the CEO of Avdx says"acquisition" of amarantus DX" but he added"good for both avdx and Ambs share holders". Amarabtus will have the right to name 2 boards members. So Ambs has a say on the direction of the future company. It is a little more complex..that is my take. Avdx will have 270 millions shares in total of which ambs will own 80 plus another 10 millions with certain milestone..
