You guys may recall what I said in Doc 287, submitted to SpongeTech's bankruptcy judge, and in Response to an Objection, filed by the trustee, to an analysis I had performed for the court's consideration.

The trustee challenged my training to make the analysis that I had provided to the court. I Replied, in parts relevant to this issue, that I am a former Special Investigator for the United States government, and that I had sufficient training in this area.

The point here is that, in order to get my federal credentials, I had to be registered as a Private Investigator in the state where I am domiciled (Texas). That is the law, and it is the sole reason for my license.

As things turned out, during my investigations, I visited most of the law enforcement agencies in the DFW area. Many of the officers and deputies in those agencies provide private security. I was ultimately offered the opportunity to join some of those law enforcement officers, and I look forward to working with them everyday. They are a fine, hard-working, group of men. This close to retirement, there isn't anything I would rather be doing.

In terms of KBIO's private placement, it was initiated prior to any charges being filed.
