HIPPQ is a burned-out, bankrupt scow ... presently adrift in the ether; without captain nor crew.

But it has NO debt. Not so much as a dollar of debt.

And in its hold lies $37.95 MILLION of highly-prized assets.

As you contemplate the New Year ... how long do you think that such a "scow" (and its rich contents) will continue to aimlessly drift in front of drooling, would-be "owners"?

It's really a no-brainer ... isn't it?
