Either the company isn't telling the truth or a lot of shareholders have been twisting the facts. Either there was a discussion about increasing the AS at the ASHM and a subsequent agreement to do so, or there wasn't.

That isn't the kind of thing one is going to forget about.

So, is CEO Thal fabricating facts for the SEC or is he being honest?

If the CEO is a lying sack of @#!^, who will buy the PP shares?
