The judge literally attacked the fumbling bumbling lawyer that Exobox brought to court.

The judge was not at all amused that Shaun had not provided any proof to back up the allegations in the suit.

The Motion for Summary Judgment brought to the hearing by Exobox was thoroughly attacked, found to be lacking, and tossed out.

The language the judge focused on was the allegation that the Houston Temporary Restraining Order was based on known false information.
Exobox produced no proof whatsoever to prove that allegation.

It is my belief that we shall soon see the shareholder's MSJ approved by the judge without hearing bringing this fiasco orchestrated by jacob cukjati, Jehu Hand and Shaun Irving to a close.
