I'm anxiously awaiting the possible dismissal of the lawsuit against CTIX. Based on the following timelines I don't expect it to happen until sometime in April after the judge reviews final reply:

Defendants’ contemplated Motion to Dismiss will be due February 10, 2016

Plaintiff’s Opposition will be due March 11, 2016

Defendants’ Reply will be due March 25, 2016

Question for anyone ? Traveling and only have iPhone in hand. What is the next date for any expected event/update as it relates to the lawsuit. Thanks in advance for anyone's response.
