They could want the ALF-X platform, now owned by TRXC. ALF-X is an advanced robotic platform certainly similar to daVinci. For whatever reason, probably that it was a joint European/academic venture, it hasn't REALLY been marketed yet.
I can see J&J/Verb wanting to adopt the ALF-X platform as a jumpstart. Maybe TRXC buying it, as it languished, was a really good move.
