Remember.. I've been burned by penny stocks in the past so I am very skeptical now. I've learned my lesson. Some on are on the upandup, while most are run by CEO scam artists who are very clever at working the system.

Why Sell when they claim they might buy down the road? Because the Pump & Dump scheme is very, very popular with pennystocks. I personally define penny stocks as < 1 buck. The official def I believe is < 5 bucks though. Many CEOs simply use the stock as a cash cow to bleed investors money. They have no real hope of ever delivering a true product to market. They exploit our greed and dreams. Some will PUMP out PRs to pump their stock up (ex: announcing a buy back can pump up the PPS) then they sell into the temporary PPS rise. Eventually the PPS drifts back south again. Then later the CEO will generate another pump PR and sell into that PPS rise. They will repeat this cycle for many years and collect millions of dollars, all while the OS climbs higher and higher (even into the billions). Eventually the CEO realizes that the public is sniffing out the scam so they R/S and may even change the ticker symbol....then they repeat the cycle and rinse for many more years. So if you have no ethics and you want to get rich you may want to replicate what those CEOs are doing ....and it all perfectly legal so long as they follow the SEC laws/rules. They effective exploit our greed, dreams and our hope to get rich quick.

I do NOT know if LIVE is a pump/dump operation. I don't know the company that well. One thing you should be on guard for is averaging down multiple times only to later experience a massive R/S and watch your equity value drop 90% as the post R/S PPS drives back south. The R/S by itself will not hurt you. The subsequent PPS drifting back south is what wipes you out. I've been wiped out several times over the past 15 years. I finally learned my lesson several years ago. I think my first R/S wipe out was about 20 years ago.
