I wouldn't be surprised if FDA goes against the boards recommendation in the least. Seems the minority decision holds more weight then the logical opinion of the majority here. How can the FDA ask for specific parameters then come back and say it's still not encompassing enough? If the FDA thought those were some concerns moving forward why in the hell didn't they present them prior to the new clinical study. This FDA needs to get their sh$t together instead of jerking around small companies with limited resources. It's my belief that's exactly how they want it. if this was big pharma on the verge of a breakthrough drug the hoops to jump through would be far less IMO!!!!!
