Jam...We were waiting for the 8 -K to cme out as an official intent to merge..Even 8-K's are not always reliable..The good news that I mentioned last week to CHris was that the amount of shares you own in AMBS will also be the amount of shares you will receive in the AVDX..Two for one..That is what we will receive in the company similar to the company that you brought up to me on this board the other day you understand..That is why I believe the pps can go to 10 to 12.5 cents...The same analogy as a reverse split...We didn't come here to deceive, distort etc. that has been thrown our way by some here...Just giving the posters here my opinion and little knowledge I personally have experienced with my other stock holding. I will take a small position at around 11 cents and cost average down when and if it is appropriate..It is a good idea to separate both AMBS divisions and having them trade as public Companies. My concern is what did the AVDX shell have to offer? Gregg and his crew are just handlers of the Shell..Who they sell their interest to is still up in the air.The Ova Dx does not impress me. If it was as good as they state, then why merge into AMBS DX.when they need millions of dollars to develop and commercialize it..WE need to commercialize MS and Lympro and that will need the money as well..Where and by who will fund these 3 IP's? More Toxic's..I would rather see Angel Investors to step in...This is my opinion...Hope it gives you more insight into why the wolf is "Trolling" back to this board..E.F.Wolf ahooooooooooooooooooooo
