Happily, the bulk of the convertible preferreds -- C & C-2 series -- are not entitled to preferred dividends. The C-3 will also not be entitled to preferred diviis. So cumulative dives are not a concern, by and large.

The insider C-3 preferred holdings will be reported in the next proxy statement. Anyone can check out the filing on the SEC website, as well as all the other filings Torvec has made. It's accessible to everyone.
