waiting to buy up bankrupt U.S. oil assets.
I read an article a while ago (not Ovalle written, a real article) that there is 60 billion dollars of venture capitalist money out there waiting to buy up bankrupt U.S. oil assets. Maybe some of that money will see a use for OOAG shares. Instant share structure, boom.
The article also stated it takes 10 billion dollars and 10 years to bring a deep water rig online as opposed to just 10 million dollars and 10 months to have a U.S. fracking rig up and pumping.
Low oil prices may have opened the door to something.
