With index funds using weighted investing; evaluations could get (or already) bloated. This does lend oneself to getting caught up in the net only to be crushed when reality hits. To be sure we are investing wisely a person needs to know how to evaluate a companies true worth. Currently, I don't. The best I have at this point are trailing stops. Anyone got a better idea?
