Value as equals trade volume and trade interest. None of which will materialize without a reduction in share count . They have now again taken on even more dilutive debt to fund kreisers settlement in gers. And paid heavily in more dilutive debt to get the loan to make it happen in the first place. If it isn't addressed. Share count and dilutive capacity this will not move. EVER.
